Feeling overwhelmed? It’s time to take control of your day:

As a successful solopreneur or small business owner, you’re used to juggling a million things at once. But lately, you’ve been feeling overwhelmed. There never seems to be enough hours in the day.

You long for a simpler, more balanced life… one where your time is spend on the things that really matter.

    Enter the Time Audit workbook!

This 25-page free workbook is packed with interactive worksheets and practical exercises that’ll help you get clear on where your time is going - and how to take back control.

Inside you’ll find journal prompts and insightful exercises to help you:

    • Identify where your time is being spent

    • Consider your natural energy sources and cycles

    • Create a clear vision for your ideal future

    • Develop actionable steps to achieve your goals

The Time Audit will give you a clear picture of how you are truly spending your time, not how you think you spend it. It often reveals hidden patterns, distractions or time-consuming tasks that go unnoticed. You can identify tasks that are taking up your time, but not moving you in the direction of your goals, whether that’s professional or personal.

“I have been following Sarah for a while now, listened to all her podcasts and I downloaded her generously free resource ‘Time Audit Workbook’. It was a really good exercise. The Audit has helped me look at time and productivity in a more holistic way, instead of it always focusing on ‘how can we produce more in less time’ it is much more about what you want to produce/achieve, does it align with your values and general direction you would like to take in life. It’s been really helpful and easier to make decisions on how to spend the very precious resource we all have, our time. It has helped me care for and plan more of what matters.”

“I have used the "Time Audit Workbook" that Sarah kindly shared with me. It has been a very useful and surprising tool (as everything that Sarah does...). The document does not only give you a great overview of your time use but also makes you think deeply about how you use your time. The workbook is very well structured and when following it does not make it any boring.

I have made some changes in my routines after going through the workbook (I have reduced my time with screens, I have invested more time in music and reading...). I think it is not just a "one-time-workbook" but probably I will revisit it whenever I feel that I need a bit of review of my time use.”

      Meet Sarah

Across 17 years in project management, I’ve built a reputation for bringing clarity, structure and calm to complex work. Today, I use that experience to help founders and teams rethink their relationship with time.

Over the years I’ve helped hundreds of people reclaim their time through speaking, workshops and practical frameworks for working more intentionally.

My perspective on time is also deeply personal, as I lost my mum to cancer as a teenager. I’m a single mum of two, a dog mum, a decaf coffee lover and endlessly passionate about Scotland. I’ve built my business while navigating life with Crohn’s Disease, which has taught me first-hand that time and energy are precious resources.

Because success shouldn’t come at the cost of your life.

      My mission is simple:

to help people design their time more consciously so they can live and lead with intention.

I work with people who are ready to bring more simplicity, freedom and ease into their life.

Are you ready to get more time for the things that really matter?
