Done-For-You Asana

Scaling your small business + feel ready for a project management tool?

Do you have all your business ideas scribbled in multiple notebooks?

Post-it notes stuck to your desk and computer?

Maybe you’ve important notes on the back of an envelope?

No wonder you feel overwhelmed!

What you need is a system

Mastering the skills of organisation and project management is crucial to your success, both professionally and personally.

But perhaps you don’t have the time or inclination to figure out how to set-up a project management tool yourself, and you’d like to enlist someone to do it for you?

As an ex-project manager, I’m well placed to help you!

Let me set up your Asana project management tool for you, and train you how to use it!

Here’s what Ashley, founder of Glasgow Soap, had to say about the service >>>

“Working with Sarah was a pleasure. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about time management and eager to share her solutions. I thought Asana was just for to do lists but Sarah showed me so much more. This will be a very valuable tool to help me manage my time better and more effectively.”

Upon booking, I’ll email you a questionnaire for you to complete all about your business and your processes. This helps tease out what you might use Asana for to help streamline your operations.

Asana can be used for your personal-life as well as business, so we’ll cover this too.

How does it work?

We’ll then meet up on Zoom for an hour to discuss your requirements, and go through the questionnaire. I’ll be able to answer any questions you might have, before I then set-up your Asana for you.

Then, around a week later we’ll hop back onto Zoom for another hour and I’ll train you in how to use the system. You can get a recording of this call to keep.

You’ll also get access to my video training files if you need a reminder on how to use Asana in the future.

Here’s what business and executive coach Beth Wright, had to say about the service >>>

“I wanted to use Asana to help me get more organised in my business and life. I tried to set it up myself but I just couldn't make it work and it ended up more complicated than ever!

Sarah set it up properly for me and her wealth of programme management experience was obvious. She took time to understand exactly what I needed and she set it up in a simple and useable way. She came up with ideas I would never have thought of such as including a meal planner which has saved me so much time and energy deciding on meals and planning the weekly shop!

I now use Asana everyday both on my laptop and phone and find it such a useful tool to help keep me organised and in the right place at the right time!”

Ready to jump in?

I’m so excited to help you set-up Asana for you and your small business.

Pick a time for your initial Zoom session, and we can get going!

You will be asked to complete a comprehensive questionnaire prior to joining this first session, so please book sufficiently in advance to give yourself time to complete the paperwork, and be mindful that I’ll need some time to review it as well.

The questionnaire will be emailed to you upon booking.

Here’s what Laura, founder of Pen and Mouse Design, had to say about the service >>>

“Working with Sarah has been great - I was already using a project management tool for my business but I never had the time to set it up properly so it was overcomplicated and not very productive. With Sarah’s ‘Done-for-you’ Asana, she took the time to fully understand how my business worked on a daily basis, as well as looking at higher level projects, and also included my personal life all into the same system which I never even thought of doing! The whole process was easy from start to finish, and I have ended up with a much better, organised system which is easy to use. I’m looking forward to continuing to add more of my life to Asana and finally get organised! Thank you Sarah.”

About me.

Before becoming a Conscious Time Management Coach, I worked for 14 years in project management roles in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently as Senior Director of Global Program Management.

I have always been known professionally for my organisational and time management skills. I’ve supported my teams over the years to manage themselves and their time too. This has led to more productive teams, as well as calmer and happier individuals within their roles.

Through my workshops and individual support I have now helped hundreds of people change their relationship with time, increasing what I call “peaceful productivity” and gaining more time in the process.
