It doesn’t have to be this way…

I have heard from so many of you who struggle to stay on top of your to-do lists and manage your schedule, that life feels chaotic and you’re overwhelmed.

There is a ton of information out there on time management… countless hacks to save you precious minutes in your day, or software and apps that promise to be your productivity powerhouse.

But, I haven’t seen much that links time management with mindfulness (two of my favourite subjects!!).

My belief is that managing our time does not have to be difficult (it can be fun!), and that it is possible to be productive with peace and ease. Weaving mindfulness into the time management space helps us to bring intention to how we invest our time, and allows us to be in the present moment - - to truly appreciate the time that we have.

The curriculum

  • People spend half their waking hours thinking about something other than what they are actually doing. In this session, we will introduce mindfulness and uncover our core values.

  • Attendees will closely track their time for a week; this exercise is typically very insightful and on analysis of the data attendees will begin to recognise areas they could change to improve the way they invest their time, both professionally and personally.

  • How to prioritise what is important, both professionally and personally, as well as using to-do lists and calendar management

  • A lot of time is wasted due to cluttered environments; not just physical spaces such as the workplace or home, but also digital environments and also our brains. Clutter drains our cognitive resources and reduce our ability to focus.

  • Simple organisation and systems that can be implemented at the workplace and at home to create more time.

  • Mindful consumption includes nutrition, caffeine, alcohol which can impact energy levels and productivity, but also media and technology which can prove to be big distractions in the workplace and at home.

    About Sarah.

Before becoming a Conscious Time Management Coach, I worked for 14 years in project management roles in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently as Senior Director of Global Program Management.

I have always been known professionally for my organisational and time management skills. I’ve supported my teams over the years to manage themselves and their time too. This has led to more productive teams, as well as calmer and happier individuals within their roles.

Through my workshops and individual support I have now helped hundreds of people change their relationship with time, increasing what I call “peaceful productivity” and gaining more time in the process.

    “Thought Provoking,

    Well backed up by data,

    Run by someone who cares”

“[The course] will make you realise where you are wasting time and where you can become productive. It covers a number of different ways to optimise use of time, there is not a ‘one size fits all’ solution for time management and this course gives a number of suggestions and tools.”

“The course has helped me to identify what is important and what isn't, it has helped me to feel clearer mentally and I understand more all the different elements that feed into project managing your life well. The course has a great flow and I never felt overwhelmed with it at any point. Sarah is a great coach and has a genuine desire to help her clients.”
